Above: The filming of "Mayor Cupcake" at Rehoboth Elementary School yesterday.
I dropped by the set of "Mayor Cupcake" in Rehoboth yesterday -- the locally-produced film starring Lea Thompson and Judd Nelson.
Before I share a few more photos, here's a heads up.
A scene for "Cupcake" will be filmed live at the Bottle & Cork Saturday at 5 p.m. during Jam Session.
The set-up is that Thompson's daughter Madeline, who also plays her daughter in the film, will join Burnt Sienna on stage and sing a song with them. Nelson will also be in the scene.
So if you want to be in the film, head on down to the Cork Saturday for what will surely be a unique Jam.
And now for a few more photos...
Thompson talks to co-star Frankie Faison, who starred as Commissioner Burrell on "The Wire."
